Cancellation and Refund
Thank you for choosing Rishikesh Adventures. We strive to provide you with unforgettable experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the scheduled activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Rishikesh Adventures:
- In the unlikely event that Rishikesh Adventures needs to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety concerns), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
